The Growth Partner Cohort is my high-touch, one-on-one coaching experience for women in business and leadership. Over eight weeks, you’ll work directly with me to identify your biggest challenges, create a personalized roadmap, and leave with the tools, strategies, and confidence to reach your next level. This is not a course or group mastermind, it’s tailored guidance designed for your exact goals.

Yes, every single session is led by me personally. I don’t delegate this work to other coaches. This is why spots are extremely limited and why I only open the program once a year.

You’ll have four 60-minute sessions with me, one every two weeks, plus time to implement your action steps between sessions. Most clients spend 2–4 hours a week applying what we’ve built together.

No the sessions are not broken up. The Growth Partner Coaching program is designed to strategically address your real challenges and give you tools and a roadmap. One session will not be enough to give you what you need to set you up for long term success.

Life happens, that’s why you have one reschedule allocation per program. Any reschedule must be made within the same session window. Outside of that, sessions cannot be moved or refunded.

No, payment is made in full upon acceptance into the program to secure your spot. This ensures I can dedicate my full attention and resources to you for the duration of the eight weeks.

Yes. All sessions are conducted virtually, so you can join from anywhere in the world as long as you can meet during the available session windows.
